Other Applicable Conditions
- At the time SeABank processes the annual fee refund, customers must meet the following conditions:
- The card must be active (not blocked, temporarily blocked, or closed).
For credit cards: The credit limit must remain valid. - The customer’s debts must be classified as standard debts (debts within due terms or overdue by less than 10 days).
How to Receive the Promotion
- For Visa Corporate and SeAMileage credit cardholders: The annual fee will be refunded to the corresponding credit card account.
- SeABank will evaluate customer eligibility for the annual fee refund based on transaction recording times and other relevant information in its system.
- The annual fee refund will be processed no later than the end of month T+3 to the credit card account (where T is the month in which the qualifying transaction occurs).
