Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, HOSE: SSB) has just been honored in the list “Vietnam Best Places to Work 2024” by Anphabe and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
Vietnam Best Places to Work is an annual workplace ranking released by Anphabe - a pioneering consulting agency on Employer Branding and Workplace Environment solutions, under the sponsorship of VCCI and the verification of the global market research company Intage Vietnam. This ranking also provides in-depth analysis on human resource trends and human resource management, decoding important factors in attracting, motivating and retaining talent for businesses to make effective human resource strategies.
The 2024 ranking is finalized based on the result of a survey conducted on more than 70,000 employees across Vietnam, focusing on many criteria such as: salary, development opportunities, culture and environment, leadership and management, work - life quality, and company reputation, etc.
SeABank has been honored in the Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2024 ranking thanks to its persistent efforts in building an equal, friendly, cohesive, and professional working environment for employees to shine in their own way. This is also a result of SeABank’s efforts in building clear career path, competitive welfare and remuneration policies for employees.
