2. Other applicable conditions
- Eligible spending is defined as the value of transactions successfully processed via credit card payments, including online transactions (E-commerce) and payments through card acceptance devices. It excludes payments for services provided by partners or third parties, mobile top-ups, service top-ups, and canceled/refunded transactions.
- Transactions are only considered valid when recorded in SeABank's W4 card management system or T24 core banking system.
- Qualifying spending volumes are calculated per card. Only the card(s) meeting the minimum spending requirements will be eligible for the annual fee refund. The stated minimum spending requirement applies to both primary and supplementary cards.
- This offer applies only to customers who have paid the annual fee in accordance with the regulations. For customers who have already received a discounted annual fee, SeABank will refund the exact amount of the fee paid by the customer.
- Customers who have benefited from an annual fee waiver policy during the applicable year (where no annual fee is charged) are not eligible for this offer.
- At the time of the annual fee refund by SeABank, customers must meet the following conditions:
- The card must be active (not blocked, temporarily blocked, or closed), and the credit limit account must also be active (not blocked or closed).
- The customer's credit card debts must be classified as standard debts (within due terms or overdue for less than 10 days).
- The customer must not have overdue debts exceeding 10 days at SeABank.
3. Redemption method
- The annual fee will be refunded to the corresponding credit card account.
- The refund will be processed no later than the end of month T+3 to the credit card account (T being the month in which the annual fee is charged).
- SeABank will base its evaluation on recorded transaction times and other relevant information in its system to determine customer eligibility for the annual fee refund.
