Melody of SeABank’s song "Clasping hands to connect Love" resonates in the minds of listeners and has become a common language that links millions of hearts of customers and employees. Throughout its 30-year journey of serving, “Connection” has been a unique culture to differentiate SeABank from others.
In 2021, on celebrating its 27th anniversary, SeABank officially introduced the song "Clasping hands to connect Love" as its traditional song in hope of spreading the meaningful cultural values that the Bank has been promoting throughout its journey of establishment and development. Such corporate culture of “Connection” is built based on 5 core values: Community-oriented, Transparency, Consensus, Passion, and Sustainability.
Linking life’s values
Throughout its 30-year development journey, SeABank has positioned itself as a business that prioritizes linking life’s values and delivering meaningful things to customers and the society. Over 3 decades, SeABank has always strived to connect success and happiness for the sake of millions of customers and partners, thereby bringing about various benefits and prosperity just like the slogan "Linking life’s values".
Understanding customers’ needs, SeABank gradually conquers customers with a diverse system of products and services that is tailored for each segment. Different lines of international credit cards have been launched to better meet customers’ tastes including: SeAEasy, SeALady Cashback, SeATravel, SeAGolf, BRG Elite, etc. helping customers proactively spend first, pay later while enjoying interest-free period of up to 55 days.
To better serve corporate customers, SeABank regularly improves products to offer the best financial solutions. Many financial products are tailored for specific groups of corporate customers such as financing construction enterprises; credit-granting to plastic production and trading enterprises; SeABank Visa Corporate credit card, etc.
Remarkably, SeABank pioneers in implementing customized products and services for female customers: SeALady international credit card, products to accompany women-owned small and medium enterprises, loan products for members of the Vietnam Women's Union (SeAWomen), etc. This demonstrates SeABank's commitment in becoming a companion of women, giving them confidence and motivation to use financial services.
During 30 years of persistently linking life’s values, SeABank keeps spreading good values by associating business activities with social responsibilities, connecting customers and the community. Notably, for every transaction from VND1 million paid via SeALady Cashback card, VND2,000 will be contributed to the "Bright Tomorrow" Cancer Patient Support Fund to share the burden with breast cancer patients. Up to this year, the Bank has donated more than VND3 billion to help many female patients have successful surgeries.
Meticulousness in each product, customization for each service, dedication in each transaction resulted in SeABank’s gaining more and more trust from customers. From 0 customer in the first days, SeABank has received the trust and companionship of more than 3 million customers across the country.
Connecting love - Connecting the community
At SeABank, Community-oriented is one of the operating principle. A series of volunteer activities are being organized on an increasingly larger scale, bringing practical values to the community. Annual programs such as Spring of Love, SeABanker For the Children, Citizens’ Week, SeAGreen, etc. have profound impacts and create the unique culture of SeABank.
Over the years, the Bank proactively carries out various social activities such as supporting patients with difficulties, granting scholarships, donating to build gratitude houses, blood donation, fundraising for poverty support, sponsoring Covid-19 pandemic prevention, etc. SeABank is especially interested in and prioritizes investment in education with the aim of nurturing green seeds of hope for poor students. Since 2015, SeABank has founded the Dream Nurturing Fund to grant study encouragement scholarships to studious children with difficulties nationwide. By this time, more than 200 students have been sponsored by the Fund with a total value of nearly VND10.6 billion. Notably, after 9 years of helping poor students pursue their academic dreams, 40 students under the Fund have successfully graduated from high school and continued to higher education.
Moreover, green economy is also considered an important part of SeABank's sustainable development strategy. Since 2019, SeABank has given nearly 300,000 trees and special-use forest trees to different localities like Ha Tinh, Thanh Hoa, Dak Lak, and Long An. In addition, the Bank also organizes waste collection and classification, adds more trees to green the office, gives customers environmentally friendly gifts, etc. to inspire green lifestyle and responsibility for the community. By now, SeABank has contributed more than VND200 billion to social activities and is proud to be honored as "Outstanding Bank for the Community" in many consecutive years.
30-year journey associated with the slogan "Linking life’s values" has brought about many "sweet fruits" for SeABank. By now, the song "Clasping hands to connect Love” burst out as thousands of employees are joyfully celebrating the Bank's 30th birthday (March 24, 1994 - March 24, 2024). Following the song, the “Connection” culture that SeABank has maintained for 30 years will continue to be replicated and spread, acting as a guide for all the Bank's activities in the following years and ever after.
