The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Southeast Asia (SeABank), with stock code SSB, has recently been honored by Brand Finance, a leading global organization in brand valuation, as one of the Top 100 Most Valuable Brands in Vietnam for 2023. This award recognizes the bank's brand value, brand strength index, and its achievements in 2023. Furthermore, at the Vietnam High-Level Financial Advisor Summit 2023 (VWAS) organized by Investment Newspaper in coordination with the Vietnam Financial Advisor Community (VWA), SeABank was recognized in two categories simultaneously: Outstanding Priority Customer Service for SeAPremium services and Outstanding Technology Products and Digital Transformation for the SeAMobile digital banking application.

As part of the Brand Finance - Mibrand Vietnam Forum 2023 with the theme "Green Development - Appropriate Approaches for Vietnamese Brands," Brand Finance, a leading global brand valuation organization, announced its report on the 100 strongest and most valuable brands in Vietnam in 2023. The event not only honored businesses included in the Top 100 most valuable brands in Vietnam but also provided an opportunity for companies to share in-depth insights on green transitioning in Vietnam and globally.

Brand Finance selects and evaluates, and ranks businesses based on criteria such as market share, asset scale growth rate, financial capacity, operational efficiency, brand reputation, and forecasted growth in the future. Accordingly, SeABank is ranked 44th out of the 100 most valuable brands in Vietnam, affirming the brand value, ranking, brand strength index, and SeABank's position in the financial and banking industry, as well as the Vietnamese business community.

Additionally, at the Vietnam Wealth Advisors Summit 2023 (VWAS 2023), organized by Bao Dau Tu in collaboration with the Vietnamese Wealth Advisors Community (VWA), SeABank was honored in two categories: Exemplary Priority Customer Services for SeAPremium service and Exemplary Technology and Digital Transformation Products for the SeAMobile digital banking application.

SeABank has been a pioneering bank in providing services for priority customers, launching the SeAPremium service in 2014 with the positioning of "Exclusive, Class-Affirming Privileges" to enhance customer experiences. The bank places a strong emphasis on investing in high-quality personnel, specialized product and service offerings, as well as the physical service environment for priority customers. Furthermore, to optimize the customer experience, starting from August 8, 2023, SeABank introduced an exclusive program for priority customers with 7 outstanding privilege packages, including: Priority airport pick-up services nationwide (fast track); Airport lounges (international and domestic); 5-star afternoon tea; Golf; Spa; Fine dining; and Premium resorts.

In the category of Technology Products and Digital Transformation, SeABank's digital banking app, SeAMobile, was recognized by VWAS as an outstanding technology product compared to other financial applications in the industry. What sets SeAMobile apart is the integration of artificial intelligence into transaction automation and the provision of a personal financial assistant feature for customers. Customers have a comprehensive view of their financial health and are accompanied by a "virtual assistant" that continuously analyzes transactions, expenses, and provides suggestions for efficient savings and investments. Additionally, customers can create and manage financial goals, set spending alerts, and more. With these user-friendly experiences, SeABank's Ebank user base has shown impressive growth, with nearly 1.4 million new users added from 2022 to August 2023.
